Hazefall is a shared world: friends and strangers live next to you in the forest. To make life under the Dome good for everyone, we have a few simple rules. By playing, you accept them.

The short version

Be kind: insults, threats and bullying get you banned without warning.
Play fair: no scripts, no extra cities, no exploiting bugs.
You can report and block an abuser right from chat, and we review reports within 24 hours.

About the game

Hazefall is a free online game, currently in open testing. The world, balance and rules will change; the server sometimes goes down for updates, and during testing the world may be reset. You must be 13 or older to play.

Your account

Everyone sees your city name: it must not insult, advertise, or impersonate our team or other people. Keep your password secret — you are responsible for everything done with your account.

One person, one city: don’t play someone else’s city or create extra cities to feed your main one. Family or friends on the same Wi-Fi are fine.

Conduct

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. In chat, city names and alliance names, do not insult or bully, threaten, incite hatred, post obscene or violent content, spam or advertise, or share other people’s personal data.

Reporting and blocking

See something like that? Tap the message in chat → “Report”. Don’t want to see a player? Open their profile (from chat or the map) → “Block”: their messages, join requests and news about them will no longer reach you, and they won’t be notified.

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours: objectionable content is removed and the offender is banned.

Fair play

Not allowed: programs or scripts that play for you or interfere with the game; exploiting bugs (found one? let us know — that’s what testing is for); guessing other people’s passwords or attacking the server.

Moderation

Messages can be deleted; you can be temporarily muted in chat or disconnected from the game; your city can be renamed; anything gained through bugs or rule-breaking can be restored or removed; your account can be suspended or deleted. The more serious the violation, the stricter the measure; insults and threats get no warning.

In-game items

Resources, troops, heroes and rewards are part of the game: they have no monetary value and can’t be sold or traded outside the game. There are no real-money purchases in the game right now.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is”: we do our best to keep it running without interruptions or bugs, but we can’t promise that.

Leaving

You can leave at any time: Profile → “Delete account”. The Privacy Policy describes what gets deleted.

Changes

New rules take effect from the date at the top of the page; we will mention important changes in the game. By continuing to play, you accept the new rules.
